Executive Director

Michael Walsh is the Founding Executive Director of LifeRing Secular Recovery Society Canada. Through Michael's personal journey it was important for him to utilize a variety of approaches. There is no "one-size-fits-all" when it comes to substance misuse and addiction treament. Michael wants to offer others a choice in supportive recovery groups and as LifeRing grows he has seen it help thousands of people already. Michael is proud to be part of LifeRing’s entry and growth into Canada and has a vision to see LifeRing meetings in every major city in Canada.

Michael resides in Victoria, BC where the LifeRing Canada Central Office is. He is available for talks and in-service presentations to your organization.
